my truck will have power failure after 10 minutes of driving it just putters at about 5 mph it is not the cat converter i pulled that last night and you can see right through it

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Has the check engine light come on?

As fof the check engine light, you need to have that checked with a scanner. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free, so I suggest having that done. Let me know what you find.
