Replacing Tailgate cable. Need help with dis-assembly of tailgate parts. need to remove assembly to replace cable. Can't figure that out. Then, will have to grind out old cable weld. Is there a bolt assembly for replacing instead of welding?

it should be a rivet holding it in. when mine broke, i replaced it with a few blows with a hammer.
