All my singals work exept for my right side rear I replaced the bulb and check fuses everthing looks ok but still not working. Is it possible that the beake light has blown as well causeing the signal not to work?

i had an old 91 1500 that the taillight fixture itself burned out. i forget which bulb connector it was, but the new one worked.
the left and right have the same ground i believe and i think the other wires run directly to the blinker switch from there. and also the parking light fuse when the parking lights or head lights are on.
maybe check for voltage at the signal wire (i believe its yellow) with the switch turned on at the right. if my thinking is right it will pulse 12volts. i think there is also a brown wire but thats for headlight switch on(again i believe) time to pull out the volt meter.
