Engine Performance problem
1998 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Recenly my truck just stopped running. Hard crank, but seems like no fuel to turn her over. After sitting for about an hour (while I went and purchased a new fuel pump) the truck started.

This has now happened again, however, not starting at all.

I suspect the fuel pump, although I'm not sure that it would have started after a waiting period if this was the case. I plan on checking the fuel pressure, when I can figure out how.

Fuses have been checked and are ok. Could this be a module / electrical issue. I'd like to try all options before dropping the gas tank.

Thansk for your assistance.
