How do you replace a fuel pressure regulator?

what you can do is, take the fuel pump fuse out then start the vehicle and let it run, out of fuel (conk off), then you can take the negative cable off of the battery for safety, and the rest is self explainatory, couple of screws, and uplug the vacuum. and put the new one on
