1998 Chevy S-10 codes p0200, p0300 and p0141

I have changed plugs, wires and coil. what is causing these codes. How do I fix them.

teh codes you are talking about is one of your injectors has an open circuit, 0300 is multiple misfire, and 141 is O2 sensor bank 1position2 isn't working. Take this to a pro as all 3 codes may be eliminated by fixing the open in the injector. That is what is probably causing all of these to go on. But it could be another problem as well.
