1998 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 189000 miles

Have a 98 s-10. barely replaced the clutch. less than 500 miles on it. when the truck is turned off th gears go in easily. but once turned on and want to g foward or reverse the shifts dont go in. i have to pump the clutch pedal several times before it can go in easily. could it be the clutch master cylinder or the cluthc slave cylinder. i have bleed the clutch line.
