1998 Chevy S-10 cant find the problem

I have a vibration that starts on the highway. When I let off the gas is when it is the worst. I changed the wheel bearing and and rotated tires but it still seems like it comes from the right front?

When you rotated the tires, did you turn--push--pull everything on the suspension? With the tires in the air, rolling, could you feel or hear anything? Any brake issues?

Can you be sure it isn't an engine issue? You may need to take it to an alignment shop.
