I have by passed the heater coil, replaced radiaitor, thermostat, relaced thermostat sensor, my truck is still running hot, can u help

First thing is how hot is hot? A cople of things I can think of is the fan isn't kicking on, do to a bad relay or sender, another type of electrical problem. A bad radiator cap, or possibly the impeller on the water pump is slipping on the shaft. You could have a bad gauge too that is reading wrong. It wold really need to be physically looked at.
