i have by passed the heater coil, replaced radiaitor,thermostat, relaced thermostat sensor, my truck is still running hot,,, can u help

first thing is how hot is hot? a cople of things i can think of is the fan isn't kicking on, do to a bad relay or sender, another type of electrical problem . a bad radiator cap, or possibly the impeller on the water pump is slipping on the shaft....you could have a bad gauge too that is reading wrong. it wold really need to be physically looked at.
