Hello, can you put a scanner on it, to check for live engine data? Are the plugs fuel soaked, are you getting any spark? Are there any troublecodes? If the cts is telling the computer that the temp is zero degrees and it's 95 outside, it's not going to start. I'm not saying that sensor is faulty, but, a trouble code or live engine data might put you on the right track.
You can't tell much about fuel pressure by looking at the injector spray pattern. You need a gage.
