I had this truck over 13yrs and recently for the past 2yrs it keep failing the emission test i already had 2 transmission replace also cranshaft replaced and camshaft and it still keep failing emission also the truck is wasting more gas then ever. also there a small hestating when taking off it shakes when it idle like at a red light but it doesnt shake too much. the error code i dont remember all but a few P0121, 0122, and it alway come up with with too much lean something about bank 1 & 2 and one of the mechanic said it would cost alot to fix but no one seem to pin point the actually problem. Please advise the truck is a good truck when it was running good

If you have a lean mixture, I would start by checking for vacuum leaks that would allow additional air to enter the engine.

Let me know what you find.
