I have a A/c replacement pully. It does nothing but turn. Like a fake pulley. How does that mount on? And what do i do with the freeon piping?

you mean you are bypassing your vehicle's A/C , correct? if so then remove the a/c pump pulley assembly and mount bypass pulley in its spot. you can leave the a/c plumbing unless you just want to remove it.
