1996 Chevy S-10 Running to rich and to lean

I am getting codes on my S-10 that say system too rich, p0172 and 02 sensor heater p0141 ( I replaced )
and system to lean p0171 .

We replaced o2 sensor and plugs and egr and truck still running like crap. could it be the power boost unit or fuel regulator?
My son said it acts like it wants to take off at a stop and drives 30 mph on its own. bogs down when you try take off. help

With the symptoms and the codes, I would tell you to check for a vacuum leak. Also, what O2 sensor did you replace?
