No there is only one thermostat, sounds like there is an air bubble in the cooling system. Check the radiator fluid level, and if it is full, then take the radiator cap off the radiator and start the truck. Let it run for about 5 or 10 min. And watch the filler hole where the radiator cap goes. Also keep an eye on the temp gage while you do this. It prob. Wont go up much because the cooling system isnt under presure. But keep an eye on the filler neck of the radiator as it should bubble a good bit if there is air in the system after running the truck for 5 or 10 min. If that does not work then try flushing the whole cooling system.
