the abs light stays on all the time the brakes lock up simutaneously while you are driving and then they release the park brake light comes on during the lock up of the brakes

Replace the abs wheel sensors and check and make sure that the reluctor rings aren't worn down or damaged. The abs light will still be on because it will have to be reset, but this should solve the problem.
