When I turn my heater fan on any setting I get a real loud grinding. Suspect the bearings in the fan motor. Can anyone give me the steps to replace the fan motor.
Thanks

Hello well there are usually only 3 or 4 7milimeter screws that hold it in place and a plug with 2 wires on it that you just unplug and some of the new motors don't come with a new cage so you will have to switch it over if the new motor doesn't have one. Then just reinstall the the new motor the same way you took out the old one. If you have a problem please respond back.

Good evening,

The blower motor is located under the hood, passenger side of the firewall. It has an electrical connector and five small screws that hold it into the housing.

Below are the procedures and a picture of the location for you to view.
