Air Conditioning problem
1996 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have replaced the relay switch : and checked the
fan motor direct : motor seems strong but very
little air comes from the dash vents .
Any help would be appreciated .

If the blower speeds work ok, I'd check the actuators, they direct air flow, dash--defrost-- floor. You can also check the vacuum source for the actuators. Can you switch the air flow from dash to floor to defrost? Is the air-flow any different? You may have to check air-duct.
