1995 Chevy S-10 signal light flasher

1995 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I can't find the signal light fasher/relay dealer says left side under the steering colum but I can't find it help please!!!!!!!!

If you have analog cluster it is on the convenience center (behind center of instrument panel) If you have digital cluster it is on the fuse block (on left side of dash, pic. below)
