1995 Chevy S-10 Rocker arm bolts spec

AT TDC the torque spec is 22FT.LBS on rocker arm nut's by my book on this 2.2 eng. Am I old school or should I adjust with engine running untill loose and then 1/2 trun. Do you have a recomendation, or should I use th over the counter repair book spec's.

The torque to spec is because those rockers are not adjustable. They bottom out on the rocker stud and your done.
