I started my truck, everything started ran just fine. I let it run for a few minutes to warm up in the cold (about 0 degrees). When I got back in, the heater wasn't working and there was a funny smell, almost like something had burned.
I replaced the heater fan motor, and nothing still worked. Got the heater resistor checked, it was good.
Would this be more of a heater relay gone bad or a problem with the controls themselves?

Well first your going to have to check all the fuses and determine if there is power and or ground at the blower motor with a test light. Then get back to us

I checked all the fuses. None of them are blown.
