1995 Chevy S-10 door panel

I am in the process of putting a new passenger mirror on and i can get part of the door panel off to do it but I can't seem to get it over the window crank. Where is the cotter pin that holds it? Or HOw do you remove that?

Disengage the window regulator handle retaining spring clip with tool pictured below

Then remove the window regulator handle and retaining spring clip
