Engine Cooling problem
1995 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

The coolant recovery tank has 2 outlets. The bottom outlet should attach to the radiator near the pressure cap but where do I attach the second hose. The second outlet is near the top of the plastic recovery tank. Could it be just a vent and needs no hose? Thank you.

The second one at the top of the tank is actually an overflow. It is used in the event that the tank gets overfilled. Excess coolant drains from it to the road. IT doesn't hook to anything.
