WHEN MY TRUCK GET BELOW HALF A TANK OF GAS IT STARTS CUTTING OUT AND ACTS LIKE ITS NOT GETTING ENOUGHGAS I HAVE TO PUMP THE GAS VERY FAST TO GET IT TO GO BUT STILL DOESNT GO VERY FAST OR HAVE MUCH PULL TO IT

Check your fuel pressure and change your fuel filter. Also look at your gas cap or change it. Also check your vent line to your tank and see if it is pinched. One other thing to check is see if you have a fuel leak on your pickup line.
