1994 Chevy S-10 Severe grinding!

Hello, my question is, I have an 94 Chevy S10 and when I put it into either first or reverse it makes a very distinct grinding sound before going in to gear, whta do you think the problem could be? And how could it be fixed? Thanks!

Check the clutch master cylinder-if low fill it and then bleed the clutch slave

Then adjust the free play and pedal height-all these don't work-its time for a new clutch assembly.
