1994 Chevy S-10 idles erratically

at idle, in park or neutral, motor repeatedly races up and down approx. 100 rpms. plus cruise control doesn't work. Had just replaced power brake booster less than 24hrs. ago.

Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR/PCV valves and see what happens
