1994 Chevy S-10 Help with repairing the transfer case

1994 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

How do you fix the transfer case on a 1994 chevy s-10 4wd. It is stuck in 4wd, and it blows a fuse when it gets higher than 15 miles per hour.
