ABS light still comes on?

This could be an issue with the ABS module.
First step would be to get the ABS light scanned for trouble codes. It can point to the right direction of what might be the issue with the system.

This can also be due to a faulty relay. The ABS relay is located under the hood, it is located in the ABS module by the master cylinder.
