1994 Chevy S-10 1994 s10 fuel pump runs after engine turned

could it possibly be the fuel pump relay? if so where is it at? or do i need to replace the fuel pump altogether? when i shut off the key the fuel pump is still running. the only way to shut off the fuel pump is if i pull the fuse for it.
