1993 Chevy S-10 Turn Signals

My 93 S10 turn signals blink really slow and when I step on the brake pedal they stop blinking. Also, when I turn the headlights on, the tail lights stay off.

you definitely have a ground wire issue somewhere, check all wiring at the turn signal and headlight switch as well as the brake light switch.
