1993 Chevy S-10 starts but won't stay running

My S 10 will start for about 15 seconds. I have check the fuel pump, 9 psi. I have checked the fuel filter and it is fine.

Check engine light is it On or has flashed?

I don't know if the 93's had passlock, but if it does check the fuses on the fender well under the hood. I had a 98 do the same thing and it was the fuse.
