1993 Chevy S-10 Really noisy squeak

I have a horrible suspension squeak, driver side front I think. Just need to know what to call it when I call around for pricing? Is this struts? Springs? Called something else?

Squeaks can be Control arm bushings, real bad shocks, even a ball joint with no grease, Bounce on th with the hood open and see if you can narrow it down...
