1993 Chevy S-10 High Pitched Screech.

My truck has recently started making a horrible screeching noise. When I first start it up it doesnt make this noise, It takes 15 - 20 mins. for it to start. When it is at idle the noise is there and it is loud, but when the RPMs rise, the sound decreases and eventually quits. As soon as you drop the RPMs it proceeds with the horrible noise. Hope you can help. Thank you.

Sounds like it may be a loose belt or a bad pulley or tensioner pulley. Check those first. Good Luck!
