Are you getting spark?
Next step would be to hook upa noid light to each injector and turn the key on and crank it, does noid light flash? If not check for direct +12v with key on, if the +12v is there then the ecm is not grounding the injectors, if no +12v is there, check for a -12v ground that pulses when engine is cranked.
