1992 Chevy S-10 door handle

My door handle is comming off, the lever side is still intact and it still opens the door but the other side is still hanging there and there is no peices missing. Please help.

if it's the outside handle the door panel wil have to be pulled off and tighten the nuts that hold it on. If it's the inside door handle the same thing will have to be done......
