1992 Chevy S-10 Air Distribution in CAB

The fan only works on high and sometimes not at all and only blows on the floor. One time everything worked perfectly but only for a day after it had not worked right

2 problems. 1- fan speed, there is a resistor mounted next to the blower motor, most likely it is bad.
2-The floor only is probably the rotator valve on the HVAC control, if it was a vacuum problem, it would only work on defrost
