1992 Chevy S-10 ABS Codes

I have a Haynes manual that giives instructions on how to determine an ABS brake system code. It speaks about short flashes...a pause...then more flashes. However, when I check my system I am gettin 6 short flashes a pause and two short flashes and the book does not cover that series. Can you explain how to read the 6 pause 2 pause and possible error?

i would suggest taking it to a professional and having them scan it and come back to me with the code
