1991 S10 oil pan threads stripped

I have a 1991 Chevrolet S10 with a 4.3 litre engine and 190,000 miles. The oil pan threads are stripped and oil is leaking. What are my options for fixing this problem and which is the best.

Are the bolt heads rusted to a round condition, or are the threads insde NG?
