1991 Chevy S-10 Idle Erratically

Engine Performance problem
1991 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic


It is idleing erractically and will only stay running if you pat the gas paddle.
I have replaced both injectors,TPS,IAC have done a complete tune up and have good fuel pressure.Its not throwing up any codes except for a VSS code but that shouldnt have anything to do with the idle. So im just stumped help please.

Check for vacuum leaks at intake also maybe EGr is not seating
