1991 Chevy S-10 how do you replace the idler pulley on a 91

how do you replace the idler pulley on a 91 s-10 blazer? Is it pressed on?

First, remove the belt.
Then remove the bolt (counter clockwise) in the middle of the idler pulley and it should come on off. May seem stuck due to heat so might have to jar it loose a bit with rubber mallet.
