In the picture the part sits around the carburetor and the air intake/air cleaner sits on top of that holding it in place. The hose leading out of it runs to the top of the engine and sits inside. It was very brittle and snapped in two pieces and no auto parts store has a replacement.

I'm not sure what its called and that makes it difficult looking for a replacement online. Any help or places I can look to get a new hose would be great.

On another note I guess the reason it can't be replaces is it has a small ring at either end of the hose to prevent it from sliding too far into the engine.
