1991 Chevy S-10 Engine

My truck will cut off while driving. When I put more gas in the tank it will cut off about 2 min. After. The check engine light will come on then go off. What is causing my truck to do this?

Pull the code/s from the computer by jumping A to B terminal on the DLC this is your starting point finding out what's happening
