After replacing troque converter, transmission still does not work and makes a clicking sound now.

when you probably replaced the converter you didn't put it in right and it broke the oil pump in the trans which is making the noise. Your transmission was probably bad to begin with. Take it to a trans shop and let them do the correct diagnosis
