It want crank unless u pour gas in throttle body but once it cranks it runs like a scolded dog whats wrong

Are there any applicable trouble codes? You should be able to check those, yourself. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage, if you don't have one. Check pressure, key on engine off. Pressure for tbi is around 10 psi.
