What would be the thing to use to remove house paint that has been split on the outside of the truck and some on the inside?

you can try to use body solvent that is a wax remover then soap and water. Or try goof off that is sold commercially and then soap and water. But try the goof off where you won'at really see it to see if it hurts the paint. GoofOff is made to remove paint/ink/etc...
