1989 Chevy S-10 Exhaust maniflold

I recently replaced a cracked exhaust manifold but the noise is even worse. The gasket looked fine so I did not replace it. Is there something else I should check?

Gaskets are a one use item. Once they are torqued you need to replace them if you remove the part again.
