1988 Chevy S-10 standard hourly allowance

I was wondering if I could get an estimated hourly allowance (number of hours, not the charge) as to how many hours it should take to check heads for cracks, surface, grind valves, and replace the head gaskets on this vehicle. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.
