1988 Chevy S-10 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

when you have the lights on and turn on the radio they flash in time like a blinker. If you turn on the blinker they all flash also. Headlights and ect. Can you give me a clue. Had an 87 that did the same thing and gave it away because I could not solve the problem. Would like to keep this one.

Sometimes faulty grounds can cause lites to do funny things? If you pull the flashers, do the lites still blink?

If you unplug the connector for the tail-lites, do the headlites work ok?
