1986 Chevy S-10 Engine won't start

I've been told that there's no spark in the plugs. But I have installed new plugs and wires. I still can't get the engine to turn over.

If your engine won't turn over try charginig the battery and take to an auto parts store and they can test it for you. Then if that's ok then get the starter tested. Auto parts stores can do that too.
