Engine Mechanical problem
1984 Chevy S-10 Manual
the starter turns over but won't engage. I have tried shimming it out as far as possible but still doesn't work. I just put in another tranny. I can pull down on the starter and it will engage. any help would be greatly appreciated. I am doing this for my nephew
